The core of its main components – evaporative cortina húmeda (multilayer corrugated fiber composite) and 1.1KW main motor/are 1/8 of the power consumption of traditional central air conditioning, which can save more power for various industries.

The structure of the evaporative air conditioner is very simple. The water is conveyed to the upper part of the cortina húmeda through the water pump in the water tank. The water evenly wets the contact surface of the whole cortina húmeda. When the hot air passes through the cortina húmeda, the water absorbs a large amount of heat in the air to cool the air passing through the wet curtain. At the same time, it is filtered to make the sent air cool, moist and fresh.

The principle of the air cooler is to use water as the medium to let the water fully wet the “cortina húmeda” (corrugated fiber composite with high evaporation efficiency and high corrosion resistance formed by multiple processing and bonding). When the dry and hot air passes through the cortina húmeda, the water absorbs a large amount of heat in the air, and the flowing out is moist and cool air, which is the evaporation effect of liquid water.

In case of long-distance transportation, protective measures shall be taken to prevent the products from being damaged upon arrival. The installation location of the air cooler affects the air supply volume and the freshness of the air.

When installed outdoors, ensure fresh air circulation. The host can be installed in a place with good ambient air quality as far as possible. Do not install it at the exhaust port with peculiar smell.

When installed on the wall, on the roof or on the outdoor terrace, the air duct should be avoided to be too long. Generally, the length of 15-20 meters is the best, and the number of air duct elbows or no elbows should be reduced as much as possible.

When the main engine is running, open a certain area of doors or windows for ventilation. If there are not enough doors and windows, install an exhaust fan and ensure that the exhaust volume is 80% of the total air supply volume of the air cooler.
