Glass fiber reinforced plastic negative pressure fan is a common ventilation tool in animal husbandry, and it is also used in other industries. Below, I will share its own characteristics with you.

4. The fiberglass negative pressure fan uses a complete set of Dutch UBC New Zealand NSK fully sealed bearings, which do not require lubrication. No motor, no power consumption, no noise, small size, light weight, high exhaust efficiency, and convenient installation.

Application: Exhaust and ventilation for commercial buildings, factories and mining enterprises (suitable for light steel structure roofs). The fiberglass negative pressure fan is a device that utilizes the principle of natural air convection and combines its own structural design to accelerate and transform the air flow in parallel directions into a vertical air flow from bottom to top, in order to improve the indoor ventilation effect. It does not require electricity, has no noise, and can operate for a long time, discharging indoor hot gas, smoke, odor, water vapor, etc. The fiberglass negative pressure fan can operate continuously for 951 days throughout the year with only a small amount of wind power. No electricity is required. With high sensitivity, the turbine blades can be easily driven to rotate by a gentle breeze or indoor and outdoor temperature differences. Improve the working environment in the factory and enhance work efficiency. Can bring you fresh air convection, remove hot air, exhaust gas, or smelly air.

There are two specifications for fiberglass negative pressure fans:

One type is a trumpet shaped fan, with the exhaust outlet resembling a trumpet shape, which many people vividly refer to as a trumpet shaped fiberglass negative pressure fan;

The other type is square, and the overall appearance of the fan is square, hence it is called a square fiberglass negative pressure fan. Among them, square fiberglass negative pressure fans are more common and widely used.

In practical applications, fiberglass negative pressure fans are generally used for ventilation and air exchange in industrial factories, especially in places with acid and alkali corrosion that require fiberglass negative pressure fans.

There are two main installation methods for fiberglass negative pressure fans: one is installed on the window, and the other is installed on the roof.

During installation, the fiberglass negative pressure fan should be installed on one side of the indoor wall window, and the air inlet should use the corresponding window or door on the other side of the room. The air should be convective and ventilated from the air inlet to the fiberglass negative pressure fan.

During this process, the doors and windows near the fiberglass negative pressure fan remain closed, forcing air to flow into the room through the compensation of the doors and windows on one side of the air inlet, and the air flows into the room through the air inlet. Flowing through the room at a certain wind speed, it is discharged from the outdoor area at the location where the fiberglass negative pressure fan is installed.

The fiberglass negative pressure fan has complete and efficient ventilation, with a ventilation rate of up to 99%. Through specific engineering design, designing air exchange rates and wind speeds as needed, any high heat, harmful gases, dust and smoke can be quickly discharged from the workshop, and any poor ventilation problem can be completely solved at once. Ventilation can be achieved within a few seconds of turning on the fan.
