The fiberglass negative pressure fan is a new type of ventilation equipment made of anti-corrosion fiberglass material, belonging to the axial flow fan. Its outer frame is made of anti-corrosion fiberglass material.

The working principle is to use negative pressure ventilation to achieve the purpose of air circulation, ventilation and cooling, so it is called a fiberglass negative pressure fan. The fiberglass negative pressure fan has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, large air volume, low energy consumption, low rotational speed, and low noise.

There are two specifications of fiberglass negative pressure fan

One is a horn shaped fan with an exhaust port that looks like a horn. Many people vividly call it a horn shaped fiberglass negative pressure fan.

The other type is a square, and the overall appearance of the fan is square, so it is called a square fiberglass negative pressure fan.

In practical applications, fiberglass negative pressure fans are generally used for ventilation in industrial plants, especially in places with acid and alkali corrosivity where fiberglass negative pressure fans are required.

During installation, the fiberglass negative pressure fan is installed centrally on one side of the window of the indoor wall, and the air inlet uses the corresponding window or door on the other side of the room. The air flows from the air inlet to the fiberglass negative pressure fan to form convection ventilation.

During this process, the doors and windows close to the fiberglass negative pressure fan remain closed, forcing air to flow into the room through the compensation of the doors and windows on the air inlet side, and air flows into the room through the air inlet. Flowing through the room at a certain wind speed, it is discharged from the outdoor at the location where the fiberglass negative pressure fan is installed.

The fiberglass negative pressure fan has a thorough and efficient ventilation rate of up to 99%. Through specific engineering design and design of air exchange speed and wind speed as required, any high heat, harmful gases, dust and smoke can be quickly discharged from the workshop, and any poor ventilation problems can be thoroughly resolved at one time. Ventilation can be achieved within a few seconds of turning on the fan.

There are two main installation methods for fiberglass negative pressure fans: one is installed on the window, and the other is installed on the roof.

The main reason why fiberglass negative pressure fans installed on windows have the best ventilation and cooling effect is that they have good ventilation and lighting. If installed on windows, it is equivalent to changing the original natural ventilation into forced ventilation.

The position of window ventilation is designed according to human comfort, and the ventilation height of fiberglass negative pressure fan is precisely suitable for human height, with the strongest comfort.
