There are many types of fans, including fiberglass fans, negative pressure fans, axial flow fans, box fans, etc. So today, let’s take a look at the advantages of fiberglass fans?
First, let’s understand the components of a fiberglass fan: it is composed of a motor, impeller, casing, and hood.
The outer shell is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and integrally molded, effectively reducing metal resonance, which greatly reduces the noise of the fan during operation. Moreover, due to its material, it is more resistant to ultraviolet rays, acid and alkali, as well as corrosion and rust, which extend the service life of the fan!
The louver design utilizes the principles of air circulation, eliminating the need for power and manual closing by personnel to prevent rainwater from entering. When the machine is running, the shutter will be automatically blown open by the wind, and when not in use, the shutter is closed, which achieves the effect of dust prevention and waterproof, and makes the appearance more beautiful and generous. Blocked outdoor airflow.
3. The trumpet type air outlet design increases its exhaust air volume! The fan port is equipped with a protective net to prevent the entry of debris and birds.
Working principle of negative pressure fan cooling equipment
1、 Negative pressure fan product features: The overall machine adopts CAD/CAM design, which has the characteristics of low investment cost, large air volume, low noise, low energy consumption, stable operation, long service life, high efficiency, etc. The automatic opening and closing of the louvers achieves dustproof, waterproof, and beautiful appearance; It can be used for blowing, which is a good choice for cooling and ventilation in modern factories, and can also be used for ventilation. Environmentally friendly and energy-saving negative pressure fans and cooling wet curtains will become the mainstream for ventilation and cooling in factory buildings
2、 Air convection carries away heat from the human body, and air flow accelerates the evaporation of sweat to absorb heat from the human body, making people feel as cool as natural wind

Analysis and Solution of Noise Problems in Cooling Equipment
During the operation of the negative pressure fan, the volume emitted can reach as high as 65-70db, and some of them are the sound of the wind. It is also known that there will be a sound when the wind blows out. However, if the negative pressure fan itself is not installed properly or some external factors interfere, it will inevitably affect the volume decibels emitted by the negative pressure fan, Causing excessive operating noise.
Let’s mainly explain some factors and solutions caused by excessive operating noise of negative pressure fans.
Reason 1: When installing the negative pressure fan, the contact with the window frame is too tight, causing resonance of the window frame when the negative pressure fan is running.
Solution: Reduce the amount of filler between the window frame and the water air conditioner appropriately, and use softer materials to fill it. If the installation bottom is uneven, the bottom plate should be cushioned firmly, and the installation should be stable and secure.
Reason 2: The installation of the negative pressure fan is poor, and the installation of the negative pressure fan should be in a suspended state, and the spring of the foot bolt cannot be pressed to death.
Solution: Ask maintenance personnel to adjust the installation status of the negative pressure fan to make it in a suspended state.
Reason 3: If the vibration damping pad or fixing screw of the negative pressure fan base is tightened too tightly and loses its vibration damping effect, vibration noise will occur during operation.
Solution: Adjust the tightness of the screws on the vibration damping pad of the negative pressure fan base to make the base surface flat.
Reason 4: The power supply voltage is too low, causing abnormal noise and vibration when the negative pressure fan starts or runs.
Solution: Control the power supply voltage within the rated voltage range. Usually, a voltage regulator or power regulator can be selected to stabilize the voltage.
Reason 5: The negative pressure fan blades collide with the fan casing (cover).
Solution: Adjust the fan blades. Reason 6: The fan motor bearing of the negative pressure fan is poor, the screws on the base of the axial flow fan are loose, the fan blades are not fixed tightly on the shaft, and the gap between the top of the fan blades and the hood is too small.
Solution: Replace the negative pressure fan motor bearing and tighten the screws on the base and shaft of the axial flow fan. Adjust the distance between the top of the blade and the cover according to production technology requirements, generally not exceeding 1.5% of the blade length.
Reason 7: The base screws of the negative pressure fan are loose, the impeller is poorly assembled, the speed is too fast, and the fixing screws on the shaft are loose.
Solution: Tighten the screws on the fan base and shaft of the negative pressure fan. Reassemble and adjust the impeller clearance according to technical requirements.
